Akron Public Schools is up-to-date with coronavirus (COVID-19) information and all precautions are being exercised. Please visit the APS COVID-19 Update Page for current updates and information.

"no school" clipart **Edited 3/12/20 Akron Public Schools will be CLOSED for three weeks, beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, to ensure the safest environment for students, staff, and community members. This decision was given by Governor DeWine this afternoon.  Students will plan to return on April 6.  Please click the COVID-19 link at the top of this page for up-to-date district information, as well as information from the Ohio Department of Education.
*Schools with election polls will be open for voting.

 cancelled messagePfeiffer Family Math Night (Thursday, March 19) will be CANCELLED, due to the state and district decisions to limit large-group gatherings. If the event is rescheduled, information will be sent home with students at a later date. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility at this time.
